Is this same as BuddyClub taillights?

found this on eBay and was wondering if this is same as BuddyClub taillights. If so, would the sequential effect be the same as well? (that's the main reason why I wanted to get this besides its look) it's about $250 cheaper than BuddyClub and I don't know if that's a good sign or not though. Thank you as always. |
