Friend of the family owns this beast, he said, "I have enough methanol for one ride, who wants in?"

I was already in the passenger seat before he finished his sentence lol.

I would have jumped in the driver seat! If your friend was already in it, I would have pointed to the passenger side and said "Holy crap, when did you get this giant dent?" (and then jumped in the driver seat)!
