Road Trip

Just got back from a 16 day 4500+ mile road trip. The BRZ performed flawlessly. The only downside is the car didn't make it home. An SUV driver in Tennessee cut an apex and hit us head on. Fortunately for us we were stopped at a red light at the time, so the impact speed was relatively low. However, it meant the last 1200 miles were in a rented Impala.

I'm putting together a trip report with the details. which I'll try to have up in the next couple of days.

Wow that's a shame! Very happy to hear that you're safe and the time in the road was good besides that. Look forward to reading about the trip--I'll be doing a similar road trip later this year.

Good to hear you made it home safe!

Got done with my road trip a few days ago as well. There were a few times in California where I learned what actual aggressive driving is; Seattle just have stupid people.

Its a comfy car to road trip in, right? As long as you have the seat positioned correctly, 12 hour driving days are cake.
