Loudest catless front pipe?
Currently looking at the Berk test pipe but no idea how loud it is...videos don't help. Is the Berk loud? Any other ones that are louder?

Any catless front pipe is going to be loud unless it has resonators.

A 3" would be louder than a 2.5"...
But all similar sized catless front pipes will sound pretty much the same without resonators, it's just a pipe

Loudest has to be tomei type 80 titanium test pipe (front pipe) . For two reasons: 1. 3inch diameter 2. Titanium as the walls of the pipe itself are thinner. Plus no resonator.

Any front pipe that is catless is the loudest. Thinner walls means more tin/rasp, but other than that, it's a simple pipe with a simple bend. If you want noise, go for any catless front and over, then focus primarily on header and catback.
