Part number or name for this clip

I am trying to find the part number for the zip-tie type of clips in the engine bay... see pic.

Pull the remaining zip tie out, and cut off the upper zip tie. Slip a new black zip tie in, and you're set!

Well, for that matter I can just zip tie it, but wanted to find a source for the original clip should I put back what I took off (noise generator)
