Can close.
EDIT : Got into contact with them today.. I guess there was a delay with the manufacture of some of the headers. Issue is resolved now thanks to Shiv.

Yes I've had trouble getting in touch with them too. In the end though, Shiv contacted me and I ended up getting my OFT and all was well.
