Most quiet OE 215 / 45 / 17 Tires?

Does anyone have any suggestions for really quiet tires in the stock size of 215/45/R17?

This is a DD, and our cars are rated at 73 dB according to Car & Driver.
After about an hour of driving, it does get pretty annoying, you get that muffled hearing like you just came out of the club. My roads also suck around here.

I know our cars are lightweight and have no sound deadening, so even the most quiet tires will still be noisy relative to other cars.

Believe it or not, turning up the stereo or playing music above the road noise still gives you that muffled feel, what a surprise, I know there's going to be comments about turning up the music.

A lot of people on this forum look for more performance in the PSS, DW, or S-04's and I was considering these, but noise quality seems mixed, some saying it's the same, others saying it's a trade-off, a few saying it's even better. Tire Rack tests and surveys are just as mixed, though everyone loves the PSS, so it gets inflated scores across the board.

A couple of people have gone up to 225's for the Nitto Invo, but I'd like to keep it at 215.

Any suggestions?

Tire choice can help, but there will always be road noise, wind noise, children screaming, etc... You may want to consider sound deadening as well.

Quietest tire I've experienced so far has been Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus, decent deal at Costco when they're offering promos on Bridgestone.

Search for luxury sedan tires, likely your best bet will be a >300TW all-season from a reputable brand.
