2014 monogram series FRS - 30k miles

This is my leased 2014 Monogram Series FR-S.
Car has 30,000 miles and grows slowly each day.

I'm the first owner of this car, treated it very well and always had it serviced by shops professionally. Just had its last service two weeks ago, all ready to go!

The reason I'm selling my lease is to jump on another car I can't pass up right now, so the price I am asking would be paid to me and then immediately paid to the dealership, so you would own not lease this car from me.

Asking price is $22,000 OBO.
Car comes with these modifications but can also come bone stock (although I'd prefer to leave air suspension on, but will give stock suspension as well)

Mod list:
airlift performance suspension
vordoven forme 9 wheels with good condition tires
devsport front splitter
bayson r side skirts
bayson r rear lips
bayson r rear diffuser
lexon japan tail lights
aimgain carbon fiber wing (can also come with seibon CSL carbon trunk instead)
Likewise shift knob and extender
J2 performance catback exhaust
SPC front camber bolts
Megan racing strut bar
upgraded sway bar bushings

Cons:
two paint chips roughly one inch wide on front bumper
holes underneath bumper from front lip mounting 4 times
one fog light is burnt out (can replace if you wouldn't want to yourself)

This car is otherwise in amazing condition, handles beautifully, and I can't wait to see who picks it up!
Car is located in the Bay Area, CA but I'm willing to travel anywhere between Seattle and Los Angeles to sell.

Car will come with stock suspension if requested with the air suspension.
