LOL. From 2hours 13 minutes to 29minutes? Ask the drivers on the 91 and 110 if their commute times dropped 75%. What is probably conveniently omitted in the report is that their projections for 2040 probably assume that car ownership will be down at least 50% (no more Boomers) and all remaining cars (if any) will be autonomously driven...
