SARD GT1 wing anyone? opinions on function?

Does anybody have Sard GT1 wing, or does anybody have any knowledge if it does something functional at least a bit? Aesthetically for me is probably the best looking and shape-by it looks a bit hybrid between original OEM lip and 2017 spoiler. Like 2016 but raised. I don't want to make the car worse.

Yes.
Will you notice it? Probably not.

Can't be much difference in design vs oem spoiler.. can't imagine it giving a significant increase in downforce. Guess carbon fiber is lighter than oem? Hopefully it's dry cf

Yeah I think so too. I don't want "more", I just want to not fuck it up. OEMs aero parts should be tested and engineered, in aftermarket world usually there is very limited testing or even purpose other than looks so I am very careful in this. Especially here where you are doing 200 kmh + regularly.

Mhm, I mean even oem spoiler wouldn't create a mass down force I guess it's mainly to be "an edition" package lol when you buy the car so they could charge you a bit more, unless you have the giant voltex or rb type rear wing than obviously they'll have significant performance vs oem spoiler, but other wise I think the low trunk spoiler you shown above is for look. a bit of down force can't hurt from low spoiler

I'd buy this for it's simple aesthetic beauty. Up until the point I saw the SARD LSR wing, I was looking at low profile spoilers that extend wide to the crease of the fender like this one does. This is one of my favorite spoilers.

Okay so the 2017 toyota GT86 rear spoiler in almost identical to the Sard gt1 except it does have extra fangs on the trunk and it sits flush on the trunk
