Anyone free to lend a hand

I recently got my Whiteline camber bolts in and I couldn't figure out how to install them, with the washer tab and all. Is anyone in Orange County, Irvine specifically able to help install these bolts?

If you need to install camber bolt you'll probably want an alignment too so might as well have shop do it than they can adjust it for you during service should not be expensive at all maybe they'll even throw it in for free

I took it to a shop and they won't install it because my shocks look to be leaking, but I took it to dealership and they said it's normal for shocks to have some leaking due to seepage.
