Car seems to go whichever I point the front wheels.

I'm not sure if anybody else has experienced this before but it seems like my car goes whichever way I point the front wheels. Like if I point them left it goes left, if I point them right it goes right. The only time it ever deviates from that is of I go really fast on like wet road or dirt then sometimes the car will go staright no matter which way I turn. Has anyone else noticed this?

Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. You will also notice that if going fast enough you can turn the wheels a bit, pull the hand brake and the car will suddenly move laterally to your front end.

This forum sucks. Post up a serious question and get trolled every time.

Anyhow, yeah. I've noticed this on mine. Not all the time, though. I've searched but nothing comes back.

...but if I recall correctly, the Fusion has a built-in lag time...for those older people like me.

Owning something called a Fusion sounds to me like a nuclear disaster!

well if your car was LHD it might be covered under the recent recall.
Like others said, try an anlignment. Any clunking noises when this happens?
