Anyone running solid transmission mount?
I have recently installed my solid mount on mine and have noticed that it amplifies all of my exhaust vibrations. When I installed my CF driveshaft I noticed that the front pipe hanger is actually attached to the transmission. I thought for a while that my new driveshaft was vibrating at about 75 MPH on decal, but when I do it in neutral I feel no vibration. Has anyone else had experience with this? I was thinking of making some type of rubber grommet for the hanger or something to absorb the exhaust vibrations because I actually feel it in the floor, no shaking in the shifter though.

I tested it a little more and its actually RPM specific, happens in all gears at around 3500-4k rpms. I never noticed before because I just haven't run the rpm's up that high yet really in each gear. I will see if there is something I can come up with to fix this and try and report back if anyone else ever runs into this issue.

Here is a picture of the mount I am talking about that I believe is causing the vibration.
(this is MAP's picture not mine, just borrowed it to showcase the mount I am having issues with) As you can see in the picture, the front pipe is directly connected to the transmission. Any vibrations previously were absorbed really well by the very flexible OEM transmission mount. Now that I am using the reinforced mount I am getting all kinds of exhaust vibrations. So what I am thinking of doing is possibly just drilling the hole out a little and inserting an oversized rubber grommet that the front pipe will bolt to and hopefully it will absorb that vibration.

Pick up a sheet of 1/8" silicone, cut to shape, sandwich on both sides of the hanging bracket, add 2 washers to the bolts, or cut and drill a spreader plate (preferred).
Vibration gone. This. Good to 400 degrees F and not too sloppy at 50A durometer. https://www.zoro.com/value-brand-rub...w&gclsrc=aw.ds

Not trying to be rude but why would you use megan racing motor mounts? I personally wouldn't use megan for anything let alone an engine mount. You get what you pay for.. In my personal opinion I'd rather use a cracked oem mount than a new megan but that's just me.

It's not motor mounts, it's the trans mount. To each their own.
