Will US spec lowering springs for the FR-S fit on our 86 in Aus?

as per title...

I put this topic in the suspension thread (Difference in Eibach prokit springs??) but no one seems to know..

Basically I want to purchase some Eibach Pro-Kits for my 86 and I've been browsing on some US websites for some. Then i was told after contacting Eibach in australia that there might be a difference in Eibach pro kits from the US market compared to the world market (which is coming to AUS).. what i want to know is would the ProKits from the US market fit on our 86 aus spec??

the difference might only be the spring rates

buy the size will definitely be the same. so yes it will fit

you might wana try sportlines if you want to go lower

but anything lower than 1.5 will be bad for the stock shocks

And given that these cars have only about 130mm ground clearance stock, and the minimum legal limit is 100mm in Australia (well QLD at least) you might wanna keep that in mind if going more than 1in (25mm).

a 1" drop is enough imo taking in some consideration of the conditions

yes, sportlines will look better and it gives a bigger drop of 1.4" but it'll ruin ur oem struts quicker, plus taking in the fact of the horror road surfaces here in sydney, it'll blow out the oem struts even quicker... to pro-long the life of oem struts im sticking with pro-kits. thoughts anyone?
