AT Tranny problem/ OFT help

I just plugged my OFT into the car to write my stock tune into the tablet. It worked fine, checked the manager on my computer to see if it was there and it was. Now when I was writing it, the tablet did not detect any tuning ROMs. I tried to download the files onto the tablet and I have no idea how to do that. I looked for step by step instructions to upload the 5 OTS ROMs and couldnt find anything. I have a CEL now and my rev matching is disabled. How do I fix this? Flash back to stock?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you updated the OFT's software recently? I recall hearing about issues related to new model years and older OFT software versions.

At a minimum, your OFT can remove the CEL which is probably causing the rev-matching issue. Let us know the CEL code that comes up when you do this.

you often get cel when read/writing to ecu on auto car due interruption to communications between ecu and auto trans computer.

Its probably P0700 or P0150 you should be able to clear it with oft.

Have a read of the OFT TIPS link Below (pretty colored links)

OFT does not have all tunes on board especially for newer car download the tunepack from here and upload them via openflash manager also can be downloaded from that page.

http://www.openflashtablet.com/downloads/

Updating the OFT only updated firmware in oft, this is good to do but it wont get you new tunes these need to me manually downloaded and then uploaded to tablet via openflash manager
