plugs right into a harness thats buried inside the headliner by the room lamp.

You will need a camlock to wedge mount adapter. Cheapest one I found was on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Mirrors can be found on all over (especially ebay). Just find the gentex mirror you like best, it doesn't have to be the Subaru OEM one. Most will come with the wiring adapter, if not it isn't hard to make one. Just 3 wires.

working on my headliner right now and can confirm knshro's post. theres a tapped up unused plug that is tucked with the wires that run your cabin lights
