FT86SpeedFactory has been great in the past for me. Trying out 86Speed (formerly fteightysix) currently and ModBargains is also great.

I order all my OEM parts from here: http://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth.com/ I found them to be the cheapest, no sales tax, except in MA, quick shipping, and if you combine parts in one order reasonable shipping charges.
