OEM vs aftermarket oil pan

Just wondering if anyone upgrade to a aftermarket cast aluminum oil pan? If yes, did you have to get new fittings, my fittings are ss, and I assume it doesn't weld on aluminum. And are the OEM ones steeles?

Factory pan is steel. Are you referring to turbo oil return line? You can get aftermarket alum fittings to weld onto an alum pan, but I'm pretty sure the FBM cast pans already have an extra hole which you can thread NPT fittings into for the oil return.

What type of oil return do you want to run, and where?
