I am looking to buy springs for the BRZ with 1 inch drop.
I am pretty new to this so not sure what the best option would be since I have an aggressive offset. I have heard of Eibach Pro as a good option. PM or reply if you have any for sale. Thanks! |

If you're only looking for an inch drop, Eibach Pro Kit or H&R Sport would do the trick. Maybe Tein H-Tech.
Eibach Sportline and Tein S-Tech are closer to a 1.5 inch drop which may be too much for you. What's your wheel set up?

If you're looking for a 1 inch drop you might as well just add some weight to the car and call it a day. Not worth it IMO to pay $600-700 for some springs for basically oem height

And you get a firmer ride, bit better handling and it looks better. But hey, what do I know? I paid about $500 for springs and LCAs, which is still less than the random numbers you're throwing around. |

OP mentions aggressive offset wheels and next someone posts 1" drop is a waste of money. I sense a slammed and stance or go home thread forming lol

edit: for brand new springs lets say $250 USD or $325 CAD + 2 hrs install (if not more) @$90 puts you at ~$500. Lets add in an allignment also to properly adjust everything for the lower height for another $100 puts you at $600. Oh lets add tax of 13% too for the total around $700. Of course if hes talking about buying used and doing it DIY then a lot less. Otherwise my numbers arent so "random" |

hanks for all the replies.
My wheel set up is 225 45 18*8.5 with 33 offset in the front! and 245 35 18*8.5 in the back with 15 offset! As you can tell I have a lot of poke in the back. I am wondering if a 1 inch drop would be okay to do without adjusting any other suspension parts (camber arm, or coilovers etc.) If you can help me out, please let me know! I can get the Eibach Springs and set up done for $500 including alignment and taxes. All I am hoping for is to find some used springs. Thanks for your help! |
