Question Looking for service and body shop in dc,md,va

Hey new to the forum here,

I'm looking for a good shop that can change the transmission oil, install a cwest body kit, lower my suspension and change my tires for me. I live in MD and am looking for something in the 495 area or close to that.

I'm thinking maybe I should just do the work myself, but I haven't much time and I'm afraid I'll mess up if I rush it so I'd rather outsource it. Have you guys had any experience with doing it yourself vs having a shop do it?

I haven't seen many performance shops for the FRS in the DMV, so maybe you guys have some ideas.

@Pure Automotive in Millersville, MD. They work on basically everything, but have some the highest quality produced 86s in the area.

Pure Automotive in MD. Moto East in PA. PTuning in NOVA.

Pretty sure there isn't really debate that they are some of (if not) the best on the east coast/us for the 86.
