From reading a few minutes of his recent posts and threads...

I'm going to venture a guess that OP bought a catless header, doesn't have a way to tune the car yet, doesn't have access to welding equipment, and is fearing the inevitable Check Engine Light.

I'm going to further venture that he is hoping to use the secondary cat, a drill, and this amazon part, to alleviate the issue, unless the WTB OFT request gets answered.

Don't. You will ruin that stock midpipe, it's likely to not work, it's almost certainly going to leak.

Pity I'm not selling my OFT yet... Been thinking about it.

I thought about doing this too, but instead went with an OFT tune to disable the P0420 CEL and called it a day.

cheaper option

although spacers moving sensor location or catted headers will not guarantee no cel code as ecu is looking for same readings it gets from stock cat, only disabling code in ecu settings is 100%

Gotcha. I have welding equipment available but I don't feel like welding on my stock frontpipe unless I have a back up (still learning).
And I have read mixed things when it comes to moving the secondary o2 behind the cat in the frontpipe, so I guess this thread served a dual purpose of getting opinions of moving the Bung and this particular product.
