Toyotapartsoutlet Review

I recently bought some parts from Blake @ ToyotaPartsOutlet.

We discussed a few items over PM, then I called to order. I remembered the pricing incorrectly (I remembered it being higher than it was) and he called me back to let me know the correct price and continued to keep me updated throughout the process! I added another item to the order later (the first parts including some special order items so they hadn't shipped yet) and had that item added to the box. He decided to ship those items before the other parts came in so I could get some of them, and the same day the special order parts came in so he had one of his guys make another run to UPS to reopen the box and include those items! Got everything yesterday and everything was in good shape, with some hats included

Thanks again Blake for the excellent communication through the purchase. I'll definately buy from you guys again

Blake is a good guy. My purchase experience was good. I just wish he had the parts and someone else wasn't shipping them because I'd have them by now.

I also recently dealt with Toyota Parts Outlet. I took my car to its 2nd track day and hit a pylon (yes my bad, not the car) on my first lap of the day. Anyways, I was going to try a local paint-less removal dent company then purchase a new clear bra (which got wrecked to shreds from the impact). However, shops I took the car to said that a respray would be necessary. I figure I should start looking for the clear bra so after the dent removal and respray, I could apply it back on. I found Toyota Parts Outlet online and they had the BEST pricing on the fender/hood clear bra kit. I called the toll free number and starting talking to Blake (who is also an FR-S owner and an all-around nice guy). He even found out that I could just order the fender clear bra pieces (I wouldn't have to buy the complete kit). Just as an inquiry, I asked how much a brand new fender would be, and it was A LOT lower than I expected. I asked Blake if he could paint the new fender, and apply the clear bra kit I was looking into. He said sure and went through the process of how it would be done. Since the whole endeavor was cheaper than removing the dent and repainting, I placed my order Tuesday of this week (southern California seems to charge a premium for everything). As of today, Blake has already contacted me that the fender has arrived and that painting has already begun. Bar none, best customer service I've had with any online parts store. I plan on ordering OE/TRD parts from Toyota Parts Outlet in the future!
