Into the reverse lamp , there's already a predetermined slot where you drill.

Drill bit is not included, and I've never installed so I can't personally comment on brightness but based on others with the same kit it's equally as bright as the third brake light.

So that yellow/orangeish box doesn't include the drill piece?

how do we know how big to drill the hole? Interested but yeah..
