Headlight Modification like Bulletproof FRS.
Hey everyone, I have a question about the stock FRS headlight. I'm interested in making my headlight similar to the Bulletproof FRS headlights, anyone have any info on what parts it use? Tried search and google and wasn't able to find any part that I need, the only thing I was that its a "Quad projector" and nothing else.
Any input would be appreciated! Thanks! |

Probably have to find someone who specializes in retrofitting or doing those type of headlights. You can find many on the Lexus forums as they're usually done for VIP'd cars. 4 small-looking HID bulbs, one big one with a Lexus logo over the lens, special flashing patterns, etc.

I've retrofitted a couple of projectors throughout the years. What you'll need is time and money like anything else.
First need to figure out your measurements, how big is it in the headlights? Then you'll need to build a custom bracket to mount the projectors on and have it hit specific mounting points for you to aim the projectors. Last, need to pick projectors that will fit with what space you have. Then the wiring job. Like many others, I use TRS = The Retrofit Source. |

I am pretty sure it is Morimoto Matchbox Projector in the Highbeam spot, then custom painting. Not any crazy. Bake them open, paint them. Install the Matchbox in the high beam spot (should slip right in, minimal Cutting). Then bake them a bit more and seal them up.
