Got a quote for 6L of Motul 8100 Eco-lite 0W20, crush washer, a 130 filter, and 2L of RBF600. The price was better than others so I sent my paypal payment.
When I get my order, I find that I'm 1L short of the brake fluid. I message them on the forum and of course it turns out they only invoiced me for 1L of oil. They did agree to ship the other 1L without shipping cost, but I obviously still had to pay for it as well. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying since their good price turned out to be not so good. Then the day comes when I do the oil change. I unscrew the oil drain plug and take off the crush washer, I go to put on the new crush washer, and guess what, WRONG SIZE! The one they sent me was a bit too big (I think it may of been for the transmission/diff). I tried using it anyway, but found it leaked slowly. This left me stranded (at home) without a car or a way to fix it. Luckily I was able to inconvenience a friend to go to Subaru and pick me up a bunch of the correct crush washers the next day. I sent them a message that night, which was last week, and they never even bothered to reply. Just a heads up, since they can't even get a crush washer (or an invoice) right, I can't imagine how bad they are with other more complicated things. |

That sounds like an unfortunate 1 off instance.
I can't say the same though. I have spent over $1000 with NLM and have had 0 issues. They have great customer service ready to help and respond to emails promptly. Also save yourself the hassle and get a Fumoto drain plug. It will save you so much time. |

The crush washer part sucks but having to pay for 2L of brake fluid to get 2L doesn't sound like they did anything wrong on that side at all.
I've ordered from them a few times without issue. Weird that they didn't reply though.
