Down payments are so 2014.

Recent HUD rules changes relaxed down payment requirements so we're entering another era of subprime loans that will artificially inflate the market until the next crash. Combined with low interest rates, the Urban Growth Boundary, economic recovery, Intel/Nike expansion and in migration, you might as well get in now with close to zero down and ride the wave.

yeah I heard the same everyone said to just go to vegas and do the one there it ends up being cheaper
