Fix or not? OCD kicking in
My door hit the side of a garage while opening and now there is a light 2 inch long scuff along the edge of the door. My car is opti coated. Should I retouch this? It's not that noticeable unless you look closely at that area.

1) Does it bother you?
2) Do you mind paying to fix it (or doing the labor) 3) Is it your car or our car? I am not trying to be an ass or anything, just trying to point out that would be your own decision not the "communities" decision to fix your car. Personally I would fix any issues on my car. Someone scuffed my fender in a parking lot recently and i plan on paying to have it touched up. (and or resprayed as the car is still fairly new and should match)

If it's on the edge, just buy and install some edge guard. It will cover it up and keep you from doing exactly that again.

Unless you beat yourself up over it daily I wouldn't. If you do Ide go for peace of mind and fix it. Usually if its drivers side damage it gets fixed. Passenger side no.

I could always fix it in the future right? Leaving it unfixed wont make it more difficult to fix in the future

If you are asking it's obviously bothering you. Just fix it
