Looking down oil filler neck i found this
While looking at my engine bay i decided to unscrew my oil cap and look down into it out of curiosity. While looking down i came across that part of the oil filler neck appears to be broken off. I don't hear any indication that there might be anything in the engine while the car is on. The engine and car also has around 6500 miles on it as i bought it not too long ago.

The moral of the story is...
Don't go peering inside an engine for no good reason!

This is the reason for the torque dip.
Port it out for good midrange gains. Pro tip: port it out unequally, maaaad gains are to be had there.

You can only use the langstrom seven-inch gangly wrench on a sprocket.
