That being said, you can definitely hear the latter at the top of the rev range in the video clip, the flat plane design by itself will cause a higher pitched sound Assuming the firing order was similar to a fezza, all you'd have to do is play around with the exhaust manifolds, at some straight pipes and there you go... you have your very own "GT350 Mustari" lol

I have always preferred the V8 sound to the V12 or V10. This gives me chills: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PLFHhhx3-M"]BMW 550i Supercharged Dyno Pull - YouTube[/ame]

As for Ferrari sound mentioned in your previous post, this car will never sound like a Ferrari V8. Ferrari crankshafts have connecting rods that alternate up-down-down-up, where as this one goes up-down-up-down. Ferrari V8s also have separate throttle bodies per 4-cyl bank, so they act like two 4-cyl engines attached to one crankshaft. This engine is all 8 to one throttle body. It's not as refined as a Ferrari, certainly doesn't create the power per liter of one, but it's a damn good step for Ford. I'm stoked. Also, looking beyond the motor, the handling seems to be at least on Laguna Seca Boss 302 level, probably far beyond.

Good info. I'm 100% sure this will crap all over the Boss 302. Steaming, flatulent, wet crap all over the Boss 302.

Well I called out the Laguna Seca specifically for a reason. That was the track mustang to define all track mustangs until now, and it was quite good compared to most cars of the time.

Yep, it's amazing where performance is going. Up up up! I remember when idiots were paying obscene markups on the Shelby GT500KR. It's a shame that we don't have Top Gear anymore.

I'd love to see one of these with:
RHD (because Japan) Akrapovic Ti exhaust ITBs But every time I even dream about a RHD Mustang the weight and cost turns me off, and I think LS-swapping an S15 Silvia would be a better choice for a Japan-friendly "muscle car".

There is a RHD Mustang now. I don't know if there will be a RHD GT350.

Have to remember, this is a 5.2L flat-plane crank. It's not going to sound like a Ferrari.

They make a 4.5L V8. That's not much different from a 5.2L. Firing order matters, of course, as do a bunch of other factors.
I do want this car, damnit. Why can't I be a billionaire?

If they don't make RHD GT350's, I suppose someone could always engine/suspension swap an Ecoboost 'Stang.

Eh. If I was in Japan, I'd have so many fun cars to pick from, I wouldn't care.
