Plastidip Entire Car? who's done it?

Anybody have any clean examples? To be frank, I'm kinda getting bored with my Ultramarine and wanna change things up. Been watching a lot of DYC vids on youtube and I'm leaning on getting a kit to do my entire car.

Post up your Plastidip'd ride and your thoughts on the product.

Thanks.

if you've never dipped an entire car before i'd highly suggest you get it professionally done. dipping an entire car is different than say dipping part of the car. also, once you get your car dipped, be very careful with oil-based products as they can easily ruin the dip. (personal experience from years ago).

I know Marken Performance on Ottawa does full car dips. I can't comment on the quality of their work, but they're pretty reputable as far as shops in KW go.

Or you could always vinyl wrap like I'm planning.

I have seen a red FRS plastidip entirely. Ok job but I didn't like it at all. It looks it would be a pain to remove after a year or so. I recommend a high quality, professionally installed vinyl wrap or paint job. I would hate to paint a new car but paint looks flawless when done right IMO.

I'm into the matte style finishes that's getting popular these days. I thought about vinyl but it's pretty pricey for just that... vinyl. There's no way I would paint. Nada. The main reason I'm looking at the plastidip is how it protects your paint.

@digital_assassin did a legit dip job himself. he bought the spray gun, which i think helped a lot. his car still looks pretty damn good in person after going through a rainy and snow winter. i think it's just all about patience and using the right tools.
