Took my car here for an alignment after installing camber plates and rce yellows. Shop is extremely expensive as they tend to cater to Porsches and other high end cars. Figured I could trust them as they have overwhelmingly positive reviews. My car has less than 4000 miles on it and I received a call saying the rear toe arm bolt was missing the tab. MaxRPM charged me for replacing the bolts. Either the car came from the factory without the tabs (unlikely) or they damaged them during adjustment. In addition, the tech left a pry bar inside the engine bay directly behind the passenger headlight. There's marring on the passenger strut tower from adjusting the camber plates with said pry bar.
On a positive note: I have a dash cam installed. Reviewed the footage and the car was driven very respectfully on and off the rack as well as on the road. In conclusion: I will not be taking the car back here. The alignment, dialed to my specs, with replacement bolts, came out to just shy of $500. |

We have a lack of performance shops to pick from in the Westsound area, decided to give these guys a try.
Negative: They are expensive Positives: Shops foreman came from a local Subaru dealership and was a “Subaru master tech”. They were open to suggestions and talking about track aspects of car maintence. Happy to use brake pads I provided. Euro focused shop but I’ll go back. |
