No. As in two choices. Hence the "or".

You gave a square setup. I gave two (square) options back. :-)

Oh, got it

255 does sound like a lot of tyre -- no rubbing in the front?

That, my friend, is your homework. :-)

I was simply answering your questions. Not solving the puzzle for you.

:happy0180:

If I have the time I'll do some on-car measurements for you in the next few days. Crawl under yours and measure the clearance between your OEM tire and suspension. Report back and I'll plug some numbers.

Anyone running RCE Yellows with camber bolts and 265/35-18s on 18x9s?
I plan on running Konis with it but they shouldn't effect camber/offset, just the bolts and lowering springs.

Just shopping around for some tyres. Other than personal preference, is there an ideal size tyre to fit these wheels? I want to go as wide as possible. I'm also planning on lowering about 1".
I just bought these same wheels haha. My post right above yours was about these lol. Where'd you order from?

I'm running 255/40/17 on a 17x8+45. I didn't get rubbing on my stock autocrosses or my first autocross lowered on KWs, but I did on my second. I'm going to work on figuring out where it's rubbing and what ride height prevents it before/at my next autocross.

Im waiting on prices but im thinking of a setup of front: 18x8.5(+45), rear: 18x9.5(+45). Saw earlier here someone with same setup and the reply was it would fit nicely. If i go this setup what tyre sizes i need?

If i decide to go 17"s though my options are 17x8(+40 or +45) and 17x9(+45). If i go the 17's whats the best setup and tyre size selection?

Edit: Will be dropped 1"

I ran 235/40 on my XXR 530's, great for even at stock height but better lowered. Way cheaper than 245 or 255/35's too

265? Is this for stance? Depending on the wheel offset, you might be hitting the front strut or get some pretty heavy fender rubbing.

+38 offset

Not for stance... More for having a good bit of rubber under the car on the street to deal with the power (turbo kit).

A could people did Eibach pro kit with 255s and they are kinda close but RCEs don't lower as much... was wondering if the 10mm more would fit (maybe with fender rolling).

If you are worried about the front I don't think lowering changes the geometry. Only the rear gains negative camber with a drop.

Do you have any pics? I'm still debating this setup, I originally wanted to go staggered 17x8 front 17x9 rear, but the wheels I've been looking at don't come bigger than 17x8.
