Hi all.

My name is Tom
I bought my White FR-S March 1, 2014 from Tonkin in SE Portland (only place that had white MT at the time.)
It's a 2014 base MT model
I live in Hillsboro, OR.

Nothing big planned for it out of the gate, just niceties. Already bought Weathertech mats, Perrin license plate kit, plugged the noise maker, and that's about it. Have a Perrin shifter bushing in hand and selecting the tranny tail bushing so I can install them together. Rally Armor mud guards were ordered yesterday. I plan on legal tint for the windows and a wrap on the front end to preserve the paint as long as possible.

My family, wife and 6 y/o boy, love the car and often choose to ride cramped instead of taking the family truckster Tacoma.

Looks like I'll be getting to know Darrin so I can get this thing up in the air so it's easy to work on and I can learn from you guys who are already modding this car a lot so I can do my future mods....only once. That's the idea anyhow. Plus, Darrin said he likes beer, so I plan to contribute to the filling and partial draining of said shop fridge as I get to know the local gearhead community better.

I've a long history with my CJ7 that I've owned for 20 years, so you guys have any CJ questions, shoot me a PM and I'll chime in.

Haha there isn't a story that I'm aware of. I bought the car off an action. So it was damaged when I got. Should be on the road by the end of this month!!!

Picked up Jan 17, 2014

So far no major mods... I just purchased the OEM armrest from Great Britian.. install to come soon, and looking at different catbacks... currently between the Borla and Perrin.

I've purchased my 2014 BRZ limited last month and started modding immediately so that I won't miss the track season

I have owned various sports cars here in the U.S and back in home (Europe) but only listed the cars I've owned here in my signature

My mods, pictures and links to the the videos of the couple track days that I've attended so far in my signature.
I travel with my friends (PR, RMP, ORP) and hope to see you guys at one of those events in PNW area

Hey man, welcome. I have the Perrin 3 Resonated" in its box 3 feet from me. Going in hopefully sometime this week. Once I get it in I'd be down to cruise North and meet somewhere halfway (Tacoma/Fife-ish if you can't find an installed Perrin closer & want to hear or feel it. Its going in ahead of a turbo.

little update... i did purchase the perrin resonated as well... arriving while i am on travel for work, so installation will have to wait a bit
