Hello,

I found this thread in a round about way. First, the product was marked with a one star review, and then I accidentally Googled the image link instead of pasting it into the address bar and found the thread.

For anyone needing support, please e-mail support@phastek.com or call 713-849-0555. It's the best way to get in touch with us.

As far as the actual issue at hand, we can get you another set of bulbs sent out. Please e-mail us the purchase order number and full name.

I did a local install where it appeared that the bulb colors were off, however with all the HID kits we've sold, only the Winjet owners have said anything. If you have Winjet headlights, please chime in if you have or do not have color discrepancies between the left and right headlight. I'm just trying to rule out optics as a factor. No engineer here. Just checking.

Thank you,
Chris

EDIT: Nevermind. Support received your e-mail at 11:59 CST last night. They have your information and will be sending out another set. Keep all the bulbs. Then you'll have 4 bulbs. 2 will match!

No problem.

I was just driving home from dinner and saw a Dodge Dart with factory lights. The driver's side looked white and the passenger side yellow until it got beside me and the light on the ground was the same (yellow).

Since you'll have 4 bulbs, please let the community know if it made a difference or if one appears to be whiter than the other still.

Thanks,
Chris

Updating on the hids. The new bulbs fixed the issue it definitely was a 6k because the new 5k looks identical to the driver side bulb and matches my winjet led strip. Thanks for the fast shipping on the new ones! One last question. Driving at night i notice the cutoff for the Winjet lows seems a bit short. Is that pretty normal?

You can adjust the cutoff manually.
