Just flashed OFT Stage 2 UEL

I just flashed OFT UEL Stage 2, and I've been driving easy. I am full catless with Grimmspeed CAI. immediately after flashing, my FLKC dove to -5 degrees steadily over the next two minutes. My IAM is 0. KC learned spikes up to 3-4 degrees when I accelerate. I'm running 92 octane on a 91 tune. I haven't even broken 20% throttle.

Data logs to follow as soon as I get home, but I feel like this isn't normal. Can anyone chime in?

That doesn't sound right, is your oft template up to date? (Download from oft website and update through openflash manager if you haven't yet).

He's a cat person, and isn't particular about helping people who don't have them as pets.

Pretty sure the template is up to date. I'm going to check shortly. I can't hear any knock, so there's that. I remember the knock sensors on my STi were shitty. Hmm.

I thought that the knock sensor needs to re-learn the background noise after every flash to call knock accurately. Not entirely sure of this on the FA20 but I do know other engines that have this feature.

I am with @Wayno on using CATs all the time. I am a calibrator by profession and the pains we go through to make engines emission compliant isn't a simple one. When possible (except in racing) I encourage you folks to not de-CAT. To be honest the performance gains with CAT vs Without is about 5-10kPa back pressure which equates to ~5 hp (not much bro)

Sometimes it's just the price being way higher for cats

You know the car comes with them included in the purchase price right?

This isn't a discussion about cats vs. decat.

My calibration ID is F00C.

I flipped back to the stock map probably 50 miles ago and drove pretty easy until this morning. Here's a long cruise from home, then a WOT run.

Long Cruise
WOT Run, 3rd Gear

Regardless of if I'm running the OFT OTS maps or stock, it behaves the same. I've only seen actual Knock Correction jump that once in the first log.
