I haven't heard about this app... is it like a butt dyno? It must plug into the OBD port or something?
I remember old Washougal River Road! Used that once in a while to get around traffic and always loved it.

Very neat app for ~$6.50. You can pick up a bluetooth dongle for $17 shipped on amazon, that's what I did. Here's the link: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0090ZJPMK/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00"]V1.5 Super Mini ELM327 Bluetooth OBD2 OBD-II CAN-BUS Diagnostic Scanner Tool[/ame] - you just plug it in, pair it with your phone and open Torque.

Likely from his Droid, the N7 doesn't have a backwards facing camera.

I use an old Android cell phone for my Torque stuff. Old Galaxy S with torque and a bluetooth OBDII adapter. Haven't tried it on the FRS though.

So after seeing the above questions, I decided to take a few photos showing how I hooked this thing up. I purchased the mini OBD II off of Ebay a few days ago for $19.00. It works flawlessly with no issues, the higher quality ones run between $100-150.00 which was a no go for me. The only significant difference I anticipate is the information refresh rate. I initial went to purchase a samsung galaxy player, but notice that some random window mount I purchase back in the summer might be able to handle a 7" tablet. So on blind luck I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Photos below:
