Sorry to hear your mother is not feeling well.

Where is your mother living, relative to you? How old is she?

Is your step dad a responsible person when it comes to your mother's health?

Sometimes us old people (especially women), just want people to listen to them, not necessarily to solve their "problem".

Also, as we get older, sometimes we can "make" a hurt or ache into a big thing, that we would just have shrugged off when we were younger. A stomach pain can be thought of as "cancer"; a heart burn can be thought of as a "heart attack"; a hot flash can be thought of as life threating fever.

As a 77 year old with a history of a stroke, two bouts with cancer, recovering from alcoholism, lifetime smoker, borderline diabetic, to name a few past ailments, I can get myself all wound up with almost any pain.

What do I do? Well, I have a thermometer, glucose meter and a blood oxygen meter/ pulse meter here on my desk. So, if I'm feeling poorly, I take my vitals. Something like these may make your mother feel better about her condition at any one point in time.

As for you, sometimes it's a tough call to either recommend that she take two aspirin and a large glass of water, or go to an urgent care facility, or to go to into a clinic the next day, or make an appointment with her family doctor or go straight to an emergency room.

I hope your mom gets to feeling better.

I know that you will give her the appropriate attention.

Yup! Just found out about it recently. It’s a very nice place to relax at, not very crowded.

Only issue was getting stung or pricked by whatever I was.

LOL

From my time in the states with work at Elmore I could say most American girls are "husky", and the ones that aren't husky, have bad teeth.

But I wont, because that would be stereo typing the female population.

Meh, fat girls need loving too.

And I ain't no oil painting.

And I've also never been to Idaho, but why let truth ruin a good story....

Apparently taking initiative, exceeding expectations, and achieving the stated goal makes it my teams fault when the people feeding us shitty information realize how shitty they did at it.

Like I get it, we still have to fix your mistakes and do a lot of rework, but don't blame the folks that did exactly what was needed to fill the gaps when the gaps shouldn't have existed in the first place.

They wouldn't like my reply.

I have been looking at doing a range course for fun. Curious what online training would entail.
