How interested would someone be for me to make a custom axleback exhaust.

Just picked up a stock axleback muffler and looking to make a custom exhaust. Maybe I could make it for someone if they're interested.

What kind of custom exhaust are you thinking of making?

Hey guys. I'm a new FRS owner and was wondering if anyone in the SF area happen to have a invidia n1 installed in their frs/brz. I'm skeptical to purchase one and would like to listen to it in person before i make any decisions. Can anyone contribute their experiences with it such as cop attention, drone, loudness, and did you ever regret buying it? Thanks!

When I ran it by itself it had a nice throaty rumble. No real drone until I added the resonated front pipe and Overpipe. It's a really nice exhaust that I would happily recommend to anyone. If you end up getting a header or anything else I strongly recommend the resonated front pipe, otherwise it'll be loud as balls and raspy as can be.

I purchased tomei uel and oft, and im sure the n1 would pair nice. But if i kept stock fp and op, would that be fine and keep the noise level at a low control?

Yeah, it'll still be loud and rumble heavy, but not as throaty or strong sounding.

I will second @megamarines here, the n1 is very nice with a header. It just needs to be a bit louder. It's too quiet for me....

Hello there !

I am Pish who normally holds the Bi-weekly Tuesday meets for the SF peninsula area (check my signature for the thread) !

We have a couple of cars with the n1 setup . One I know off the bat is running the n1s with the borla uel with the OFT and it's pretty loud (but does sound pretty mean) !

I want to say the respective parties do enjoy their exhaust though .

Come by to our meets if you are ever free on a Tuesday , we will be meeting next week if you want to drop by !

@BigFatFlip was nice enough to swap cars and let me drive his BRZ today on an early morning Pinehurst & Redwood run!

Really enjoyed checking out the feel of his Ohlins Road & Track coilovers and also the general differences between both of our cars. Thanks again Bryan, hope you enjoyed my car as well!

No problem, happy to help.

Also enjoyed your car. Those 245's just grip! Also, I was reminded how good the stock dampers are haha, but like you said, you feel the ohlins give you confidence during those midcorner bumps.

Your exhaust was just sublime, couldn't help myself hammering down in the tunnel. I think I'm too old for it though, haha

Why aren't those cars covered in dirt? I still have dust throughout my interior from August.

That's the beauty of white cars - they always look clean in photos!

In actuality it hasn't been washed in six months and lives outside. Bryan can attest to how filthy and disgusting it is!
