Hesitation right off idle

Looks like the ecu is not seeing the first 5-10% of pedal movement.

Has anyone seen this?

Yes manual.

Ecutek tune.

Pedal doesnt respond the first 1/8th" or so pedal travel.

Everything else seems normal. Almost like a dead pedal??

This is with bigger injectors and an sc. No other issues or obvious faults. Just the pdal doesnt respond.

Is normal every time your reflash the ECU and reset /unplugged the battery. after few cycle of usage it will go back to normal.

Sounds like your inejctors are not scaled correctly and your tip in fueling is incorrect. I would talk to your tune about it if I were you.
