Maybe I'll check out Yospeed if the quality is better.
I purchased a red YoSpeed 86 plaque back in July when I got my car. The first "mod" I did. There has been no degradation whatsoever. It was also machined tight enough that there is no adhesive securing it.

Their plaques are worth the extra 2 cups of starbucks in price.

lol... no not in the near future. I'll leave the molestation hobby to others, at least until my warranty runs out. Then.. who knows. I'd certainly enjoy the learning process.

I agree that the yospeed plaques look really nice. I, personally, don't look particularly nice and have always, ALWAYS been a function over form guy. I don't mind dropping a few thousand on great mics for my studio, but I won't pay more than $10 for a shirt. That may help illuminate my hesitancy to drop a sawbuck or so on something that does nothing but look nice.

Oh.. and I've never, EVER stooped to buying coffee at Starbucks. It sucks (sampled a friend's who's a big Starbuck's fan... or was, until I showed him how to make good coffee), AND it's way overpriced. Other than that, it's a great deal.

On the other hand, well... maybe it's time to step outside o' my box. We'll see. Thanks for the thoughts, all.

Barry

Welp, MuseChaser ........ even old humfrz has a store bought thing stuck in there. Yep, that, along with my mud guards and shark fin antennae cover constitutes my entire mod list.

I got my insert thing to stop people from asking "what goes there..??"

What Mr Hann said. The plaques from yospeed are solid chunks of metal (I feel like I can probably kill a couple zombies with the door sill) with the design machine inscribed on it. High quality stuff, bought in June - sat in the 2 month heat wave here with no issues at all.

They no longer offer custom ones.

But hit them up like someone said before. They're super cool.

You might be thinking of @86_ZN6. He had customised ones as I got a "TRD 4" plaque made.

But he seemed to go rogue and stopped supplying/communicating with people and website got taken down.

Were good while they lasted. He did quite a good armrest too.
