Single Cylinder Misfire

Hey guys, I have a single cylinder misfire that's been going on ever since I built my engine. Really don't want to tear it back apart as I'm in an apartment right now. Only happens on Cylinder #1, hot/cold doesn't matter. I've tried swapping/replacing plugs and coils but it always stays on the same cylinder. Any ideas on other things to test?

Injectors

Compression on all four. Is #1 lower than the others?

Is the engine actually missing or are just getting P0301 or both?

It doesn't sound like it's missing to me, but its throwing the P0301 code, so my tuner backed out of timing.

Also SC'ed and I occasionally get a misfire on cyl#1 but I would only see it if I do a ecutek log, don't hear anything or see any engine codes. Tried logging lots of parameters but nothing really coincides with it. My DT tune never uses any port injection only DI and always wondered if that's a problem.

How often do you get it? like once in a 30min drive?
