Have any of the tunes/mods been able to improve the throttle response? Stock is kind of laggy below 3500RPM, especially revving in neutral.

Mike's tune on my car seems sharper.

It's still definitely "lazy" down low when driving softly. If you drive more aggressively, even at low RPM, it's sharp and responsive.

Exactly. We don't even have yearly vehicle inspections here anymore, much less emissions. The EPA is cracking down on the people making this stuff available, not the end user.
