Reminds me of the time, back in the 60s, when I was with this tech rep, evaluating field pesticide trials, out in the fields about 15 miles south of Yuma, AZ.

Came time for lunch and I jumped into his truck, thinking we were going into Yuma for lunch. Nooo, he pulled up to this food truck out in the middle of nowhere. I said - you're kidding me. He said no. What should I order here, I asked.

He replied just tell them you want "el especial" and a soda with a straw. DON'T ask what's in it -
