Dropped my car off for inspections this morning. As the courtesy shuttle is pulling away I watched the service tech put the car in first as opposed to reverse, then promptly ram the concrete parking stop. Already called the service department, but won't know for certain if anything was damaged until I see it for myself this evening. The lip already had a few scuffs and I'm sure more will happen, but he hit it hard enough that I'm hoping nothing was more seriously damaged.

The service writer I spoke with was very apologetic and said he didn't see any damage, but we can take a look together when I pick up the car. If there is just a scuff on the underside, shit happens.
