The ABS and and ECM modules are separate so I wouldn't expect them to be related unless you have a a tear in the harness somewhere and it's grounding out. Have you ever replaced your direct injectors or had them cleaned?

Haven't had the DIs cleaned or replaced. I can look into that.

I did an electrical check a while ago and didn't find a problem.

I'm not convinced that the DTCs have anything to do with what's really going on (except perhaps the "Rich" one).

UPDATE: Cleaned the MAF, and let it dry overnight. For about 90 minutes the car was even WORSE than before... the next day though, it was fine. So, I've had 2 days of perfect driving.

Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Anyone know this (specific) Car/Owner/History?

Anyone know this (specific) Car/Owner/History?

https://www.preownedexpress.com/used...ZNAA17F9711906

It is modified (Edelbrock SC, suspension, exhaust, wheels & Tires), so thinking someone here may know of it, and its history?

DM me if you prefer, looking for the 411 on mods and history if anyone knows the car, thanks..

Can anyone help? I feel like I'm going crazy here. I have an '17 with Edelbrock SC, UEL header, DT flex fuel kit and DT tune.

For 4 months the car has been amazing. 0 issues... But now I got the P0507 CEL. Cleaned the throttle body and still got it... so I tried the used one sitting on the shelf and still the CEL came right back on. well I went deeper into this and bought a new one. ( there's a chance both used ones could be bad right?? LOL) I still got the same code within 10 miles of driving. I've rest the throttle learn with all 3 throttle body's. checked the wiring harness with a Multi reader... everything came back the same. nothing seems to fix it!

I did see on here people had issues the vacuum leaks so I hose clamped every line and tried an old MAF sensor. nothing seems to change the revving up at stop lights to 2k for a brief second with 0%TPS and setting the CEL.

Did you check the bypass valve on the supercharger? Check to see if you have the updated valve the old ones failed regularly causing a vacuum leak.

dude you are spot on! I was just logging on to say I figured this out. I pinched the bypass valve line with a vice grip and its idiling smoothly again. I made it 2 days with no CEL.

I just ordered a new one tonight from Edelbrock, thanks for the reply! hopefully this helps someone if they have these issues in the future.

Requesting some assistance and guidance for rough idling, surging power with low-throttle application (I hate 1st gear from a stop) and lagging/hesitation.

Using a Delicious tune way back in 2016 and went through a couple of revisions from Zach at the time and felt that the tune was "good enough," but then the car sat during the pandemic and I've been trying to get all the jankiness sorted out.

Recently, I have been experiencing poor idle. When applying a small amount (~5%) of throttle to get the RPMs up to 1.5k, the RPMs would jump to 1.5k, down to 1.1k, up to 1.5k, down to 1.3k and then finally settle at 1.5k after oscillating for a bit.

On some cold starts, the RPMs will spike to 2k, down to 500 RPM (on the verge of stalling, sometimes it does stall) and does this back and forth with absolutely no throttle input.

Here's a short datalog, I notice that AFRs are bouncing around and STFT is maxed out at -29.7 at times.

https://datazap.me/u/menikmati/10162...0&data=7-11-47

My kit came with the old, 3-screw version of the bypass actuator valve. I pinched the vacuum line coming off the back of the SC into the bypass actuator valve and the valve closes. I did not hear any hissing, but does this indicate a small leak? I plan on attaching a vacuum pump on the line and see if it leaks under vacuum, which I assume it will. I have the newer 2-screw valve coming in.

From combing through this thread, I've compiled a list of places to look at:
  1. MAF sensor - Clean sensor and inspect o-ring
  2. Air filter - I think it came with the oiled filter, should I replace it with the updated dry filter, or is degreasing/cleaning the old one sufficient?
  3. Intake manifold gaskets - Inspect for tears
  4. Bypass actuator valve - Perform vacuum test and replace
  5. Upstream oxygen sensor - Inspect
  6. MAP sensor - Replace

I reached out to Delicious with some logs (including the one in this post) and welcome any insight, I really want this car to be more enjoyable to drive.

I will add this to the list. I took a picture of the sensor and the part number is 0261230042. I'm having difficulty finding this exact part, but PartsBOS says it has been replaced by 0261230283. I'm not familiar with the site so I don't feel like I can trust it 100%.

Looks like I can find 0261230283 at Amazon for around $15....which sounds suspiciously cheap?

I wouldn't spend any more time, energy or money until that bypass valve is replaced. They are notorious for leaking, especially the old style.

That is indeed suspiciously cheap but they go on sale here and there. I would ensure its a Bosch part and not some knockoff. AutoHausAZ currently has one on sale for $27.99 plus shipping. That's in line with what I've been paying for replacements.

Thanks for the link.

I called Bosch to verify if PN 0261230283 was a direct replacement and it is not. The updated PN is 0261230302 in case anyone is unable to get 0261230042.
