MXP Exhaust hitting rear subframe?

does anyone have problems with the MXP exhaust hitting the rear subframe? when I was installing it, I noticed that the pipe is extremely close to the subframe. on fast left turns, I hear a grinding sound which I assume is the exhaust piping hitting the subframe.

here's a picture of it:

does anyone have any solutions to this problem? would PU exhaust hangars work? I'm assuming it's because of the exhaust swaying under G's, would PU hangars stop the exhaust from swaying?

I don't have this problem with mine. Loosen up the clamps and just rotate the pipe a bit.

Done.

I got under it and rotated the curved pipe a little. couldn't move it much. however, there is about .8" of space between the curved mid pipe and the diff corner. I tried wiggling it left to right to see if it touches, but it doesn't touch. I also don't really see any scuff marks on the exhaust (minus the already scratched bottom part of the pipe from the PO). so it leads me to believe it's not the exhaust hitting the diff or subframe. I am completely lost here... lol. I only hear the grinding sound on hard left turns and nothing else...

EDIT: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52994 it might be related to what this guy said and is traction control... it still sounds scary as hell though...

Order the stiffer Cusco exhaust hangers. They'll also prevent any movement. Get 3 of them. Should suffice.

"Doesn't hit when stationary" is not exactly doesn't hit when car is shaken on bumps/on side-Gs. And while aftermarket hangers may fix many of such issues, imho vendors of catback exhausts should be more careful clearance-wise, when developing their products.
