Actually, the driveline is noticeably tighter in all gears. Stiffer engine mounts are the perfect companion to the diff collars. I may back off of the Cusco solid diff mounts in favor of something with a little give but I'm not a fan of inserts for the stock mounts. My experiments with homemade ones showed that the stock mounts respond to them like an eraser to paper.
