Boosted Mileage Thread
We really don't know how long our engine components will last with high forces involved with forced induction. I want to know where you guys stand as far as boosted mileage.
For me, I have roughly 36,000 SC miles and a total of 60,000+ miles on my car. All stock engine components except Fuel Injectors. I'm running the 3.48" pulley at 9psi. I redline the car a few times everyday. I have no oil catch can, so probably there is a pool of oil in my intercooler.

That's impressive amount of miles you've accumalated already and glad you haven't got bored looking for more that's usually the mistake some seem to take which ends that luck.
Good idea as this data is all over map in threads. Would be nice to see people rack em up with their details to as we all know reliable boost is out there and it's the kit, the install and the tune that make it so.

About 18000 Miles on my car about 10k boosted at 7psi daily, 9psi option 2, an 13psi max choice... depends on the map I am running. Stock internals, FBM kit, FBM Radiator, FBM Fan shroud, Borla Exhaust from the mid Pipe back, Oil Cooler, FBM larger Oil Pan with baffle, FBM Catch Can, Flex fuel kit, Electronic Boost controller. All programmed and running off ECUTEK Tune from Delicious Tuning. 3 Variable maps through cruise control but come on you know most days after she has warmed up I'm all the way up at 13psi. It's just not fun any other way. In Denver making 357HP ... Stupid Altitude stealing My HP smell the corn fuel? so far so good

4500 total miles, about 700 boosted. Innovate w/Intercooler 70mm pulley, moto intake, e85 flex fuel kit, Forester XT oil cooler, Radium Catch-Can and Moto-East tune. Car really pulls hard (and the SC sounds like a jet with the moto intake). No issues at all.

JDL EL Single Scroll kit with GTX3071
10k miles total, ~2000 miles boosted Driven hard daily at 14.5 psi on E85 Tuned by HRI Tuning @jamesm Basic supporting mods: 3" Exhaust, Moto-East Flex Fuel Kit, Perrin Oil Cooler, FBM Radiator and Shroud with Spal Fans, PTP Turbo Blanket and Heat Wrap, Crawford AOS, ID1000's, AEM Failsafe and much more. No problems at all. Drivability is better than stock and it pulls pretty hard. Exedy Stage 1 clutch won't hold anymore torque, once I swap that with a stronger one ill be able to use my 16psi map and have an 18-20 psi map |

11k miles, boosted since ~1800 miles.
Daily @ 16psi, beat the crap out of it quite often at 21psi. No issues, drive it every day - rain, snow, or shine.

Mileage UPDATE
10k miles (purchased the car in March 2014) first 2k miles two track days NA 8k boosted miles about 5-6 track days with SC car is daily driven but I don't use it more than a few miles everyday so I say more than 90% of the mileage of the car is either on the track or going to (or between) track days Kraftwerks SC kit Moto-East tuned No major issues (I cracked the OEM header and blown an exhaust gasket) Running strong (knock on wood)
