Small world! I wrote some of the textbooks for that field of study. You may have used some of them in your classes. The most notable being: Keep Yo Pimphand Strong: An Anthology of Pimping Through the Ages, and my personal favorite: Pimpcessories: Cups n Canes Vol. II

Speaking of which, that Cups n Canes was my world baby. Shit enlightened me to the ornamentations of the game. Muthafuka's seem to have forgotten the power of the perm, pinky ring and the p-funk. You know what the P's for right? Heh, yeah so later Pimp-style went on to become my specialty. Robes of crushed velvet and gold... gators, feathers and leatherette... cocoa buttered skin glistening on satin sheets. I had it all baby. Matter of fact my thesis was entitled "Green is for the Money and Gold for the Honeys, and the Perils of Gettin' it Twisted". Then that sorry sad sucka Don Magic Juan tried to steal that shit from me and make it his personal thing. Confronted his ass on 21st and Lewis. Slapped him in the face with box of cream of wheat, and said go ahead, "take that shit bitch but don't ever show your face around DAEMANOs block again!" Damn... a man can't make an honest living these days.... Anyhow the pearls of wisdom dripping from the pages you wrote lay tracks down all my bitches chins. That pimpin would be largely lost on the simps and squares on this board. Suckas. Hey can I get an autograph? nevermind. Peace! |

BS in Computer Information Systems (CIS in the Computer Science & Engineering college, not MIS in the Business college)... working as a Software Engineer now. Coming up on 4 years of experience.
Worked out very well for me, but honestly wish I had skipped college altogether and just got into programming earlier, as most of my real skills have come from actually working & not college. |
