I solved carry on another ground point on main harness and insert a by-pass from door open/close switch, at now all works fine. I damaged circuit of map light working for new led door.

EZ hasn't logged onto this forum in 3 years so don't expect an answer. Maybe somebody else can reply though.

Yes, that is correct. This mosfet does the switching for the ground circuit on the dome lights. It doesn't do anything else besides that.

Yes the bulb is good, If I put it in the other door it will light up normally. I'm unsure what you mean by "harness behind the door panel". I haven't investigated anything further since eliminating the BIU.

What I meant was, take a look at the wires that are attached to the bulb socket. Make sure they are intact and there is no damage to them. You'll most likely have to remove the door panel to take a proper look at the wires though.
